This group is intended for Jamaican nationals whether residing on the island or elsewhere and non-Jamaicans who admire and want to learn more about and subsequently connect with the Jamaican culture.
For clarification, "you" and "yourself" shall mean any and every participant in this forum while "mods", "we", "our" and "us" refers to the board of directors of this group, inclusive of its owner and assigned moderators. Make your presence known and help keep our group active by posting topics which promote interaction between yourself and other members.
Rules and guidelines for existing and prospective members:
1. This is a moderated group. All join requests are placed on a waiting list which is then screened before being approved.
2. We reserve the right to, at any time, decline join requests from anyone we feel will not positively contribute to this group.
3. You and the topics you post are constantly being watched.
4. Feel free to introduce yourself to us or just plunge right in by replying to any topic that is of interest to you. Reply to as many topics and as often as you wish. This is what keeps the forum attractive and alive!
5. We welcome suss, karma or whatever you know gossip as (afterall, that is what we are all about). However, we will not entertain any overly vulgar, wooliganistic (if that is even a word in our dictionary dwl), anti-racial or otherwise degrading, disrespectful or prejudice comments which may be directed at fellow members and/or our culture.
6. In the event that you are not aware, we do not nor will we ever tolerate any form of HOMOSEXUALITY so do not attempt to bring such an abomination in here. If you are already a member of this group and we suspect that you are guilty of such an offense, you will be deleted and subsequently banned.
7. We reserve the right to DELETE homosexuals, bisexuals, cross-dressers, transsexuals...et cetera, et cetera, blah blah blah, rae rae rae, dormant members and those that ask for fives, profile comments, add requests, people to visit their profiles, duplicate their messages to gain attention or post unsolicited bulk advertisements. We also reserve the right to delete any or all topics posted by such members.
8. If you feel that you are being abused and/or that this group is being inappropriately used by any particular member, we recommend that you report such abuse and/or misuse firstly to Hi5 then to any or all on our board of directors.
9. By requesting to join Yaadi Suss, you acknowledge that you have read and approve of the rules and guidelines outlined herein.
10. We reserve the right to add to or alter these rules and guidelines at any time without giving prior notice of same.
The above may scare or otherwise discourage some of you from proceeding and we regret if we have provoked or irritated you in any way but you cannot say that you were not warned should you give us or any other member reason to resent and disapprove of your presence here.
